A graduate of the University of New Brunswick Law School and having resided in Fredericton most of his life, Paul brings a wealth of business experience to his practice and his clients.
Paul’s corporate commercial/business law experience includes: professional incorporations and corporate structuring, the purchase and sale of businesses, franchises, real estate development, commercial leases and commercial condominium projects.
Paul has appeared before all three levels of Courts in New Brunswick and the Federal Court of Canada. He has litigation experience in construction disputes, Mechanic’s Lien / Construction Remdies Act matters, estate disputes, property disputes, expropriations, insurance litigation, municipal matters, professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes within businesses and wrongful dismissal claims.
Paul has appeared in judicial districts throughout New Brunswick, including: Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton, Miramichi, Bathurst and Woodstock.
Paul’s clients include those from the medical, dental and chiropractic professions, construction companies, contractors, hotels, restaurants/bars, retail businesses, convenience store/gas stations, landscaping companies knowledge-based companies and municipalities.
Paul is the past chair of the Wills, Estates & Trusts section of the NB Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, and the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) Board of Governors.
