Madeleine has successfully represented clients before the Federal Court, the Québec Superior Court, the Copyright Board of Canada, and in various arbitrations. She regularly negotiates favourable settlements for the clients she represents.
From 2011-2016, Madeleine was the president of the Canadian chapter of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI), recognized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
