Annette’s practice is focused on corporate/commercial law. She assists businesses big and small with their incorporations, acquisitions, sales, commercial financings and tax planned reorganizations. Annette also practices in the areas of residential real estate, wills and estates.
Annette has lived all her life in Corner Brook, with the exception of her time in University. She came to work with Poole Althouse in 2000.
Annette is very committed to her family life and has been extremely involved with her children’s activities through the years. Annette also has a long history of involvement in the community as a volunteer, coach and board member of various organizations.
